Student’s photo gallery about Slovenian dishes

Slovenia has a very rich gastronomy, as it unites as many as 24 gastronomic regions and three wine-growing countries. It is one of the most desirable gastronomic destinations and is also the recipient of the title European Region of Gastronomy 2021. Gastronomy is also an important part of the Green Scheme of Slovenian tourism. Various educational institutions also play an important role in preserving Slovenia’s gastronomic wealth. These include vocational colleges that educate students in the field of hospitality, tourism, food technology, nutrition, agriculture, etc. Interesting products of students and their mentors are often created within the framework of various projects. As part of the project Enjoy Tradition, students with their mentors from BIC Ljubljana researched Slovenian dishes and presented them in a slightly different way. In Slovenia love is experienced through the stomach – and this is certainly true for their creations. Recipes for the dishes shown in the photos can be found on the website CULINARY EXPERIENCES.

Študentska foto-galerija o slovenskih jedeh

Slovenija ima zelo bogato gastronomijo, saj združuje kar 24 gastronomskih pokrajin ter tri vinorodne dežele. Je med najbolj zaželenimi gastronomskimi destinacijami in je tudi prejemnica naslova Evropska gastronomska regija 2021. Gastronomija je tudi pomemben del Zelene sheme slovenskega turizma. Pri ohranjanju gastronomskega bogastva Slovenije pa imajo pomembno vlogo tudi različne izobraževalne inštitucije. Med te sodijo tudi višje strokovne šole, ki izobražujejo študente na področju gostinstva, turizma, živilstva, prehrane, kmetijstva itd. Pogosto v okviru različnih projektov nastajajo zanimivi izdelki študentov in njihovih mentorjev. V okviru projekta Uživam tradicijo so tako študenti z mentorji BIC Ljubljana raziskovali slovenske jedi in jih predstavili na nekoliko drugačen način. Pravijo, da gre ljubezen skoz želodec – in to zagotovo velja za njihove kreacije. Recepte za jedi, ki so prikazane na fotografijah pa lahko najdete na spletni strani KULINARIČNA DOŽIVETJA.
