Biografija: Rođena u Beogradu, 1971. Diplomirala 1996, magiistrirala 2003 na Poljoprivredom fakultetu, Univerzitet u Beograd (UoB-FA), doktorirala 2011 na Hemijskom fakultetu, Univerzitet u Beograd. Radna aktivnost: Redovan profesor na UoB-FA. Naučna aktivnost: biohemija hrane, bioaktivne komponente, in vitro digestion, nutritive, funkcionalna i tehno-funkcionalna svojstva hrane. Bibliografija: autor/koautor više od 180 naučnih referenci (70 radova, 2 poglavlja) dva tehnička rešenja, 1 vodeće nacionalne monografije, 2 udžbenika, 3 knjige i 2 SRIA-e. Citranost preko 1000, h-index 19 (Scopus). Pedagoški rad: Mentor 1 diplomskog, 1 specijalističkog i 7 master radova, 2 doktorske disertacije. Dodatno: uključena u 17 istaživačkih projekta od kojih je 9 međunarodnih, član organizacionih i naučnih odbora (SC) međunarodnih kongresa o hrani, predsednik SC UNIFood konferencije 2021. Working activity: Full professor at UoB-FA. Research work: food biochemistry, bioactive compounds, in vitro digestion, nutritional, functional and techno-functional properties of food. Bibliography: published more than 180 scientific papers in total (70 peer-reviewed articles, 2 chapters), two technical solutions, 1 prominent national monography, 2 university textbooks, 3 student handbooks and 2 SRIAs. Her articles have been cited more than 1000 times, h-index is 19 (Scopus). Pedagogical work: Mentor of 1 graduate diploma, 1 specialization, 7 scientific masters, and 2 doctoral theses.
