Congress participants are welcome to publish their results presented at CEEFood 2022 in the journal Food Technology and Biotechnology. All submitted manuscripts will be processed according to the regular journal’s policy including the peer-reviewing process assuring the high quality of published papers.
Food Technology and Biotechnology (FTB) is a diamond open access, peer-reviewed international quarterly scientific journal that publishes original scientific papers, preliminary communications, scientific notes, reviews and minireviews covering the topics of food science and nutrition, analysis of food ingredients and final products, food processing and technology, oenology and waste treatment, molecular biology, genetic engineering, biochemistry, microbiology, biochemical engineering and biotechnological processing.

The Journal is published by the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Food Technology and Biotechnology, Croatia. It is an official journal of Croatian Society of Biotechnology and Slovenian Microbiological Society. The Journal follows the guidelines for code of conduct recommended by Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
